I am not the only one!
When growing up I always struggled making conversation in crowds. I didn't like noisy places like nightclubs or typical bars or pubs.
I'd always prefer a place like a restaurant or smaller groups where you can actually hear each other and talk about interesting stuff ...
This has been my major project for the last 3 years. Like any big project it comes with big commitment and various sacrifices and risks. I can recall waking up on 2 different Valentines Days away from Ellysia. (Even today on our 10 year anniversary I am on the opposite side of the globe.)

I'm sitting here in a raw, gluten free, vegan cafe. All the food is activated, drinks with amazing kefir etc.
So, it occurred to me that this small cafe kitchen probably pumps out more nutrition in one day than many many 'food' mega factories do in 1 year.

So, this afternoon was weird...
I was ripping up cardboard boxes putting them in the bin and suddenly there was a coin at the bottom of it. A Canadian coin. No problems, it was weird, the box just came from the hardware and there was a foreign coin in it...

It was initially awesome knowing we were building these bikes for some kids, then we found out they were turning up to receive them!! The effort and fun went through the roof
