This is what we have been working on for the last 12 months  :) Ellysia has poured thousands of hours into this, recording hundreds of videos so everyone else can experience Gut Health friendly meals at home too without the stress or overwhelm!

I had a few phone calls to make today... seriously... imagine how excited people would have been when this phone was in use...

It’s actually painful for me to not be near it or close to it... it’s like this constant friend with nothing but fun and excitement...

Is AUTHENTICITY holding you back? Yay!

Since 2010 I have been working in the online space mainly focussed in the Health, Wellness and Personal Development businesses. Launching documentaries, books, physical products, digital products,...

One of the things my brain loves about 2019 is how beautifully the dates line up with the quarters... Look at that 1, next to the Monday in April and July !!!  :) So neat and tidy. 

There are times to do things together and energise and other times to have time alone to let it all come together... I love working with people and I also I love working by myself, not interrupted and play in that magical space  :)

This is also why I rarely answer my phone.

This has been a few years in the making... many many iterations have been created! Whiteboards full, wall posters, dozens of mind maps, post it notes, index cards... but as a creator and analyst I had a problem... it didn’t feel right... it didn’t flow... things were not in the right...

Here is another parable that I really resonate with! Although I do not 100% resonate with the word 'laziness' I feel the lesson is in being efficient and looking for the fastest way to get the most return on your effort! Enjoy..
