A Gift And A Curse

Maybe there is a name for this ‘gift’, but it is something I wrestle with daily…

When something is coming through me, energetically I hyper focus on it until it is delivered…

I  find it difficult to even eat, exercise or do anything else until it’s born…

But when I do something in this way, the level of creation goes beyond ‘me’…

The immersive state allows me to access things that cannot be accessed with shallow breaths…

You need to go deep and remain in that state until all the treasure is found and gathered…

Some people call it flow, deep work or in sport it’s a known mental state too…

I experienced the ‘runners high’ once where it was painful to walk… I ran for hours and felt like it would be effortless to keep running for many more…

In my software days I could write months worth of code in single sittings what that state was achieved…

So I apply that same approach when creating products and courses…

I know that to their aspects of my business and life suffer while I am in this state, but the focus needs to stay before it evaporates and is lost forever…

This time i put about 10 years of knowledge about communicating an offer through a sales page… I have worked closely on hundreds of pages and reviewed hundreds more...

The art the science, the heart the head, the psychological dance of communicating authentically with the viewer like they are standing next to you, down the page…

I feel relieved this is now born from my head into a structured learning environment…
