Huge adventure yesterday...

We arranged some friends to enjoy the full moon rise over the ocean at our old place before it goes on AirBnB...

The wind was strong northerly so the idea came up to Kite surf from one house to the other!

Seems logical right?

20km in a straight line...

Approx 1hr 30...

These guys are the nicest, friendliest people I have met. The day I first experienced Namotu island back in 2002 I no longer saw the world the same.
Life was then about living and working was the facilitator for that...

17 years later I...

I love the calm blue ocean with the peaceful calm energy inviting me to swim.

I love the small high tide waves inviting me to foil.

I love a glassy ocean full of waves inviting me to surf.

I love the windy rough ocean inviting me to kitesurf...

and I love the onshore wind with no waves,...

Seriously Noosa... you never fail to impress 

Sunset tranquility…

Just 5 minutes up to the fallen tree across the creek, just five minutes further to a rock pool, just five minutes to another crossing, just five minutes till you see a waterfall, just five minutes to the bottom, just 5 minutes up to the top of the waterfall...

Turned into a 4 hour round trip...

My home for the next 13 hours  next stop... Colorado mountains...

While that is exciting... Eboney will turn 12 next week while I am away  …

Lunch time holiday style views... empty beach close to home... in the sun and out of the wind…

Finding shells at sunrise... then Mia wanted to see a bunny which she did (and wanted to catch it in her butterfly net)... Ellysia wanted to pat a cow... I wanted to swim in clear water... nice day all round chatting to nice people everywhere we...

Never a dull moment around here for the school holidays... lots of things to do around here!

Half, full day trips or short trips from home...... and Ellysia and I will be both launching our online programs in these 2 weeks too! 

Last night we kite surfed a pretty cool sunset... and tonight there was a double rainbow to the east...

It's pretty fun just flying along the ocean, being pulled along by nature's wind and watching the spectacular afternoon unfold...

This is the moment we realised we had no idea where on the map we actually were and decided to backtrack. Hadn't seen or heard other people the whole 2 hours so far.. Turns out we were on the completely wrong track and about 15km from where we thought we were  ;) hmm maybe I should hand...

Don't look down!
