Overwhelmed? Who do you follow?

If you are running your business online these days or considering going online there is so much information out there that it is honestly overwhelming.

Even after doing this for 10 years and being intimately involved in over 80 launches generating millions of followers and tens of millions of dollars in sales I still get confused…

So, how I deal with overwhelm is to focus.

And when I refer to focus I mean to narrow my inputs…

By narrow my inputs I mean, narrow the people I listen to…

So many people are saying the same thing. Some from experience, some from theory. It is so easy caught up in consuming the knowledge, it leaves little time for execution...

Now, there is a risk or catch 22 that comes with bringing in my focus to fewer people…

Who do you follow?

Well I am very fortunate to be in 2 masterminds. I spend over $100k each year in fees, flights accommodation (ahh remember those days when we could travel) to spend time with my focus group.

One mastermind I have been in for 9 years and I have become very close friends with some of the people who are in my circle of focus.

I believe that when time and focus is a scarce commodity then choosing your who is critical.

Anyway… why am I telling you this?

One of the people I choose to focus on is James Wedmore.

He is a good friend, we surf in Fiji and I am a member of his top level mastermind and I also presented at his most recent Business By Design Live event at the end of last year… (remember when we could attend in person events too. 

Anyway… this is what I want to make sure you are aware of…

James has just released an 8 part video series which is amazing to watch !

Not only is the content amazing, you will see a true master at his craft. He loves what he does, he loves video and film and I dare you to look away.

Every time I watch his series I not only learn something new, I am inspired by his passion and love for what he is doing!

Anyway, this video series is available as a lead up to a program Business By Design of which I was a student many years ago. The systems and processes combine the head and heart in an amazing way and really ground the advice into actionable plans.
