This is so true... I see this all the time with people that Ellysia interacts with...
Interestingly... Some people who if you ask them would identify as strong and supportive...
However...
The subconscious behaviours don’t lie.
Example would be...
Opportunities both personally or in business to collaborate or contribute...
Thinking of including people in plans or big ideas or opportunities to meet more people...
A few times you think it’s an oversight, but when it becomes a pattern, then you can see they are just pretending to have it all together...
Life is too short and you miss out on amazing friendships by trying to be better than others...
A scarcity vs abundant mindset if you will...
Open up, love and collaborate... everyone rises together!
(PS I also see this equally applicable to males, but the meme references women 🙂 )
