Our mental state really impacts our performance. I have always used mental reversal and visualisation strongly in all sports...

When I was playing tennis full time I would mentally reverse specific shots before a match. Sometimes ones I have never played before. Winners off particularly risky balls.

When that ball would appear in the match I would step up and execute it exactly as it was mentally rehearsed.

It impacts how you feel and potentially how you even look on the outside.

The past 2 weeks I have been super sore so yesterday, I was trying extra hard to feel strong and almost for my Crossfit workout...

Ellysia thinks I even looked a little different!!!
