Observe and look for any parallels...

 

There are many big corporations that rely on slave labour... likely even the iPhone I am typing on now...

 

It made me think about slavery and where it exists... BUT... more importantly... do the slaves know they are slaves and are we too a form of slave?

 

Are there some traits of the situation that... yea maybe parallel to the ‘developed’ world?

 

Are slaves given the illusion of choice that without the ‘master’ they are worse off?

Without the ‘master’ looking after them are they sicker, do not have an income, shelter, etc...

 

Do they get a status better than those who do not comply?

 

Is their social pressure to comply or not rock the boat?

 

Are they doing what their master says for the benefit of the group? Hhmmmmm... Are you picking up what I’m putting down?

 

I have always felt like our society had many many aspects of a form of modern slavery built in...

 

The home loan and first buyers grant are an example... The messed up bit is... Hundreds of Millions of humans work a lifetime to accumulate a $ amount...

 

And then, another banking organisation, with the stroke of a few keys on a keyboard, can make that money in seconds by ‘digitally printing’ new money adding it to the money pool... then doesn’t that make human time spent, worth very little?

 

Hmmm...Just double check to the people around you and the people that you listen to... observe any situations and look for any parallels...
