Without the ability to travel so freely, is this what life was like 100 years ago...
Are all these things that are being cancelled 'new' in the bigger picture of time.
The frequency and size of events, the ability to travel internationally, even colleges and schools are they all just new things, relatively speaking.
For a window of time (my feeling is 4-8 weeks not based on any data) is that we can play in another time physically, while still satisfying our communication needs with modern-day technology...
Maybe it is the winter we needed to find peace in the physical a time to ground and smile with less travel on our calendar
