Are we all coaches to someone?

 

I believe the most amazing coaches (and friends) have one thing in common. They observe a situation where they can give guidance and do something magical.

 

They first see the situation through the eyes of the other person. First, they understand their situation. The history, the influences, their previous history... Holistically, they almost become that person for a while.

 

Then they add their knowledge wisdom and experience to help guide them FROM THAT PLACE... to see a different future.

 

Important words I said... observe, guide... It is slower, however, it is not a combat. There is no right or wrong. In fact, it is a co-creation of a future neither could have created individually.

 

That is how great coaches operate. Are we all coaches to someone? So, try that out and let me know what you think or how it works for you. And when you do drop into someone else’s life for a while in this process. It is a beautiful connection, human to human...

 

It’s a communication dance, obviously much better in a chat or zoom or even better in person. Trust me. It’s addictive. That's why I have been coaching amazing people for 20 years.
